Listings are scattered across dozens of agents, and each agent tends to promote the properties that pay them the highest commission. Not every listing has been checked. The result is confusing, and buyers end up on wild goose chases.

We record each property in detail, across hundreds of data fields: photos, video, pricing, legal status and architectural information.

Our software compares properties side by side, so you can answer the question that matters: which one is right for you?
You browse and shortlist online. We then arrange site visits, only to the properties that have passed our checks.
We charge buyers a 2% success fee on purchases we help them complete. There are no other fees.
Because our fee comes from you, our advice works for you. It also means we can work alongside other trusted agents, so you see everything on the market, not only our own listings.
